Letters From Elceti

Seven plants.

Four seasons.

Twenty-eight letters addressed to you.

In the world of Elceti, the botanical realm is a community with characters, histories, grudges, and seasonal dramas — and it has been waiting for you to arrive.

Garlic writes from underground, defensive and quietly devoted. Chamomile writes with a gentleness stretched thin by over-giving. Nettle sends honest, clipped dispatches from Foragers Fen. Lion's Mane surfaces when the conditions are right and not before. Coconut offers counsel from the shore with the steadiness of someone who has never once panicked. Black Pepper says what he means and stops. Rosemary keeps the archive of everything, and we mean everything.

Across four seasons, their letters carry real science — roots, fungi, terpenes, dormancy, allicin — told as if it's personal. Real cultural histories — from the Silk Road to the Nile Delta to the Dalmatian Coast — told as if they lived them. Which, of course, they did.

This is ethnobotanical fantasy: stories grounded entirely in real botany and real world cultures, narrated by the plants themselves. Funny. Surprising. Unexpectedly moving.

You've been sharing your kitchen with these plants for years. Now you'll know who they are.
